Before training with Justin, I have worked with other trainers in the past and been training with weights for several years but was having a hard time getting shredded and working through a shoulder injury. He customized my nutrition plan to something that was effective and practical, introduced me to some interesting and intense HIIT workouts and finally got me down to around 12% bodyfat while maintaining & building some good muscle. Under his training I was also able to correct minor issues with my form that helped me train injury free. Recommend him to anyone looking to lose weight, gain muscle or just get into peak athletic form. -Harry
Our family has interacting with Michael Demakis on various levels. My daughter, a soccer player, has worked with Mr. Demakis on strength and agility for approximately the last 2.5 years in preparation for, and now playing college soccer. His training in combination with his recommended nutritional program has yielded great results. Specific areas of improvement that we can directly relate to Mr. Demakis include: strength, agility, ball control, endurance, speed and acceleration and most importantly a strong core that helps resist injuries and improves rate of recovery. I personally have worked with Mr. Demakis on nutritional program that has allowed me to lose 43 pounds. My wife and I now work work with Mike on a weekly basis to improve my strength and flexibility. I attended my first small group fitness class at Vargus Fitness in February 2012 and haven’t stopped going since. The owner, Mike, is very knowledgable regarding exercising and what you should be doing versus what you should not be doing. I’ve never felt intimidated or uncomfortable while being there but rather strong and confident. The workouts are intense and you ALWAYS feel like you’re getting the workout of your life. You will definitely feel every bone and muscle in your body getting a full workout. The classes and his personal training sessions change on a daily basis and the best part is these classes are universal in that they are appropriate for a beginner in the fitness world or someone who’s been working out for some time. I also really like the motivation the staff provides and they never let you slack off. The staff focuses on every person individually throughout the class and will provide you with guidance/assistance/corrections on any exercises you may find difficult or that you may be doing incorrectly. Additionally, in the 2 years I’ve been attending Vargus Fitness, all of the other clientele I’ve met have been nothing but nice, fun and motivating as well. We push each other to higher limits and enjoy calling each other out if one of us falls short on an exercise. If you’re more interested in the one on one training, there are also personal training classes available. Again, similar to the boot camp classes, the personal training is just as intense and the staff can accommodate your workout to your specific needs.

I have been training with Joe for past one year.my friend originally introduced me to him.joe is wonderful, he is fun,encouraging,reliable and skilled a true to train with.I know that I would never have achieved the level of fitness and wellness if not the personal attention given in my training sessions. I coach girls cross country as well as track & field. On multiple occasions Toni met with my team to discuss healthy eating habits with specific focus on nutrition for athletes. She talked about pre workout and post workout foods that are best to help improve performance. My team was totally engaged because Toni connected so well with the girls and her talks with them have truly made a difference in my program. On two specific occasions Toni met an athlete of mine out to lunch to help them create a healthier diet that would help them perform better and in reality just live a healthier lifestyle. I contact Toni often just to ask my own personal questions about certain foods or what I hear in the media. I like to think of her as my personal nutritionist because she is always helping me or my athletes. Toni is such a wonderful and positive person, the experiences are always fantastic.
Karla took care of us in planning our menu within our budget for a large birthday party that we were planning. Both Jamie and Karla were present the day of and prepared some of the most delicious food I think I've ever had in my life. Jamie is also wildly knowledgable and willing to share a wealth of culinary information with you if you just ask. Had a great time and can't wait to hire them back again.

Jake is incredible!!! He catered at our house for an engagement party we hosted and it couldn't have been more beautiful and amazing! All of the guests commented on the food and how great it was and looked! I also had him come over to cook for some girlfriends who were in town and the food was absolutely exquisite! It was so nice to just sit back and feel like we were in a restaurant in our very own home! Highly recommended Jake for any event or occasion you may have where you want the best in food and presentation!!
