Passionate, Professional, and Pragmatic. I've been training with Jaisen for several weeks now. Like everybody, who reviews him I can confirm he's knowledgeable, intense, and detail-oriented on technique. But for me, what I appreciated is how realistic he is about how fitness works. From the get go, he's been offering nutrition advice even though he's not a nutritionist. Every session I learn a new stretch or exercise that I could do in any room from a gym to a hotel room. Exercises are frequently amended to specify my particular issues (rotator cuff, hip flexibility) He's very committed to me and sized up what had to happen in our opening evaluation. It's a partnership and I feel it's one that can grow. For me, I see working with Jaisen for a long time and according to him that's not uncommon. One of the things that most impresses me is that he has several clients who have been working with him for 10 years. Few trainers can say that. Make no mistake, you will work. It will not be easy, but you will have get more than what you are paying for and you will thank his many clients who have left equally praiseworthy reviews.
Training with Common Sense Fitness has been a great experience. Steve developed a program that was specific to my needs and I have experienced excellent results. I world recommend this company for everyone from an experienced athlete to someone looking to start a fitness regiment.

I love working with Charles. He has always been motivating and apparently driven by a love for health and fitness. Willing to go beyond obligations and willing to help with excercises and additional aid even if not during a training sessions. I know i can reach out to him any time and even get messages from him to see how ive been. Sometimes if even to help keep me accountable.
I've been training with Rhonda for almost one year. I started two months before my wedding and on my wedding day, I remember feeling so happy with the way I looked! I had never felt this fit and toned before,all thanks to Rhonda! I'm much more confident about working out in the gym and not intimidated by all those machines and weights. She's not only dedicated to her work but is extremely passionate about living a healthy life. She values each client and time flies when I train with her. Waking up at 6am is difficult and being energized is even more challenging. But Peter is able to keep me focused, engaged and enthusiastic with my 6am workouts and I leave feeling great and ready to tackle the day. He has listened to my workout goals and developed a personalized workout plan for me. I feel like I am working out more effectively than ever before and I can't wait to see the results (I am only a week in). I was impressed the first session when he said that it was a better use of his and my time if I did my cardio warm-up before he arrived so that I wasn't paying him to watch me run on a treadmill - I feel like that showed he respected that I was paying for training and he wanted to make sure I got my money's worth. Peter has also given me great advice about nutrition and workouts outside of my training sessions with him. I feel like he knows his stuff and will ensure I don't injure myself or strain anything while at the same time pushing myself beyond what I think I can do. I feel great and I'm very satisfied so far and would recommend him as a trainer to anyone.
Working with Kathy is awesome- I do see myself working with her for a long time. Love her coaching and encouragement as well. Kathy, trianing is all about proper form and no injury! And that is key for proper weight-lifing!!! One can get awesome training without the overly soreness- muscles are worked without the extreme shred. Love it! Great workout and great coach. Evis is great, he pushes you and is a great teacher. I look forward to my training sessions which I have never done before. I began working with Mackens as my personal trainer. He was extremely positive and made me feel I had his 100% attention during our sessions. He pushed me to go further each session and was kind and complimentary when we finished. I never liked working out until I met him and was eager to arrive at the next session. When an injury kept me from continuing workouts, I was really upset and could think only of how much I wanted to get back into training with Mackens. I would recommend him for anyone who wants to experience a truly personal experience with workouts and training.
Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. I have been training with him for only 3 weeks and we had a very aggressive plan based on an upcoming event I have in a couple of months. I have dropped 15lbs already thru diet, discipline and exercise in less than a month. I couldn't have done it without his training. If you are looking for results , I would highly recommend. Beth
After training witb Brenda for about 4 months I have noticed significant results. Brenda always makes sure to mix up the workouts and always makes sure I get a full body workout. She pushes me to always make the best of every session. Not only is she a great trainer, but she is punctual, professional and flexible.

Connie is fun to work out with & exercising hasn't always been a thrill for me especially when it comes to lifting weights & doing squats!! Connie has great insight to accessing your limits and at the same time realizes how & when to push you to achieve results!!! I have been working with her for 6 months now & plan to continue training with her for years to come. Anyone who is not a gym rat or doesn't enjoy exercising MUST try training with Connie. Having had several trainers in the past, I can say definitely that Jeremy is an exceptionally skilled and effective trainer and demonstrates skills that other trainers just do not possess. Jeremy has great interpersonal and customer service skills and is a delight to work with. What really sets him apart, is his intricate knowledge of the mechanics of the human body and to intervene to achieve optimal functioning. Jeremy is perhaps as or more skilled than the physical therapists with which I have worked. He is constantly attentive to posture, subtle mechanics, balance, and monitors the effectiveness of mechanics (not just brute strength). Jeremy is excellent for any level of fitness or experience. I am a life long athlete that is recovering from severe illness and muscle atrophy. My partner is over 65 and previous hated exercise. In a short period of time, Jeremy has made tremendous positive impact in our physical (and mental) health and fitness. I recommend him with incredible enthusiasm.
When I first met Erika, I had just set out to attempt my first ever sprint triathlon. Up to that point, I had been exercising on my own and lost over 100 lbs. I still needed lots of training and only 8 weeks until the race. What Erika then did for me was above and beyond what I could have done on my own. We began training; building powerful muscles and developing balance and stability. She even helped with nutrition planning and recovery tips. I completed my first sprint triathlon but felt my result was lackluster. For a first timer, this was normal. The next day I quickly signed up for another sprint triathlon for that summer. Once we began training for that, Erika amazed me yet again. The training sessions became much more intense. She provided solid motivation to keep up my mental strength. We built lots of explosive muscle and incredible cardio stamina. I finished the 2nd triathlon in the top 50% overall. It felt amazing. The training also translated well in my other hobby, soccer. The results were very real.
Could not be with a more knowledgeable and experienced trainer. Liz is amazing with her level of training customized to each individual. She takes the time to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and to make sure you are safe during workouts. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
Mike woils always contact me prior to our training session to let me know he was on his way. Always punctual and ready to go as soon as he got there. Usually when I go to the gym I get distracted and do not have any set system for working out, . Mike help me with a routine that kept me focused. It was amazing that if you have someone teaching you the proper way to work out, you end up getting an amazing results. He designed a workout program for me to use after I was done training with him. Had my schedule allowed me to continue training, I would have Kept him as a personal trainer. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is looking to have a new workout routine.
