- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began in college, organizing events for a private club. After receiving my BS degree in Business and Art, I got married and raised four children. I joined my husband's tent and party rental business in the 1980s, using my artistic abilities to transform empty spaces or tall billowing tents into beautiful venues. I founded ESE in 2008 but have been in the event industry for over twenty-five years!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Specializing in outdoor events, I've worked with customers to create and organize hundreds of functions. These include but are not limited to Prep School commencements, Vassar College alumni weekend for 2500 guests, Henry Kissinger's surprise birthday party, Ethan Allen's Inc. national sales meeting, American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event and countless weddings and milestone occasions.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Every event I did last year I was very proud of. As I mentioned every event I do is unique in nature. I am proud I can take the reins and execute with memorable and stress-free results for my client
