- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know Covid-19 has a lot of us fear the gym, I have exercise equipment that I travel with just in case the customer does not want to go to a gym. I can train at the customer’s home, being 6 feet or more away from the customer. My starting price is $65 per session (in-person training) $75 for house calls. (depending on the distance) I do online zoom Training for $55, I also offer discounts for 10 sessions at 10% off and 20 sessions at 15% off. I also offer a meal plan at no extra cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon a customer reaching out to me about my service, I will inform them about the times and days that I have available to train before moving forward. After that, I will email the customer a fitness survey to be filled out, after the survey is completed, the customer and I will schedule an in-person consultation, along with a fitness test all of which is at no cost. The customer will be assessed to see if we’re a good fit, after all, my goal is to build a client/trainer relationship. Making the client feel comfortable and to be able to trust you is part of the process.
