I needed someone to help me with pain in my neck and shoulders that I have had for years. I tried everything to rid the pain so upon talking with a friend of mine it was recommended that I go see Bonni at HeartnSoul Yoga and Wellness. Bonni is a yoga therapist that performs body work to relieve pain and align peoples body structure. I made an appointment and met with bonni whom is very professional and well qualified/trained in her field. We discussed the various pain issues I have had with my body, particularly my neck and shoulders. After Bonni worked on my neck and shoulder area I could not believe that the work she performed released something in my neck/shoulder area and I regained full range of motion in my neck and my shoulders were pain free after so many months of suffering daily with pain/stiffness. I don't know what she did or how she did it but it was the relief I was seeking for over a year. The whole experience was enjoyable and spiritual. Without hesitation, I highly recommend that anyone looking for an assessment of their body alignment and/or relieving stiffness/pain in specific body areas that they contact Bonni right away and enjoy the experience of gaining full range and use of your body.
Ann is both an outstanding teacher and Reiki therapy provider. One of Ann's gifts is clearly articulating what Reiki is about, and what one can expect in the course of treatment. In my experience, Ann provided "hands on" Reiki, which is energetic work. I also received treatment which was "sent" to me. This also manifested as energetic work in my body. The outcomes for me varied in time frames, however, I experienced positive results and pain relief from each treatment. Thank you, Ann, for demonstrating such compassion and giftedness. Aari is an excellent yoga instructor! Aari introduced me to yoga years ago in a small private group setting...we were all new to yoga, and she was very articulate in explaining both the physical aspects of yoga (poses) as well as the body/mind connection and benefits. With her good humor, patience and gentle hands-on corrections, we became hooked on the "Aari Method" of yoga. I cannot thank her enough for opening my eyes to what has become such an important part of my life. I highly recommend Aari if you are looking for a yoga instructor with heart, soul and compassion!

He brings inspiration, wit, and the promotion of physical and mental strength to each of his sessions, whether private or in a room full of people. His sequencing is unique and challenging, and he has the ability to simultaneously make class accessible to every individual, bringing them to their edge (with motivating music to match). High-fitness yoga instructing of this caliber is rare--I always leave Joe's class sweating and wrung out, but feeling 10x better than when I walked in the room. Highly recommended.
