What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our team members are trained and have extensive experience in the industry. Service Call: $75 -- FREE for Thumbtack customers! Below are our base fees. We typically do all of our projects through a contract with a flat rate fee -- keeping both us, Mossbrook and you, the customer safe from any unexpected events! Landscape Maintenance: Foreman $60 /hr Laborer $45 / hr Pond Maintenance: Pond Technician $75 /hr Laborer $45 /hr Installations are by contract.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet to sign contract or send it over to get digitally signed. Set up start and completion dates. Build a great relationship!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Six years working in family owned Masonry / Excavation company -Four years working for high end landscape design / build company in Westchester County. -Graduated Aquascape Academy
