- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $60/hr for private customers and $120/hr for business customers, calculated in 15 minute increments. These prices are negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a conversation (off the clock), to establish expectations and to make sure that the job I'm being hired to do will address the customer's problem. Usually after that, an appointment is made to begin the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've got 20 years of experience with technology in an educational environment. While most of that time has been spent maintaining and implementing networks and computer systems, I have also taught, provided Help Desk support, and programmed.
