- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is based on what the customer is able and willing to pay and not on packaged costs dependent on one's annual budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have learned so much in my professional career about what works and what doesn't in the work place. I wanted to put all my experience and skill sets into assisting other work settings and employees in making the best choices for improvement and ultimate success.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common work I do is to conduct strategic planning which helps workers and leaders work in partnership to develop a blueprint for advancing their businesses. Most nonprofit providers need grant writing to boost revenues and induce new projects. Additionally, I have coached managers transition from corporate business settings to not for profit agencies. I also conduct supervisor trainings and progressive discipline trainings.
