- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They need to know that we provide fair prices in the area it's hard to have a standard price for each job because it all depends on time and materials, our estimates are created by an hourly rate that's why when we see the project we can be sure that we can provide a clear estimation with no extra charges
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First of all, we call, email, or text to schedule a meeting to talk about the project and evaluate the time material that the project will require to provide a free estimate then once the estimate is provided we call to discuss the status of their decision, most of the time the client have a budget on mine we try to work with it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working at and remodeling company for 8 years and I was in charge of 6 years, recently we have been attending different workshops with the different companies that provide the materials windows and all the new products that have been improved companies like Andersen, Pella, Marvi, timber tech, Trex, Schulter system, Benjamin more, etc that way we can advise and decided better on our projects
