- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our estimates are designed with the goal of providing high-quality service, allowing the necessary time to complete the work properly — without rushing or compromising quality to offset costs. We always strive to offer a fair price for both sides. Depending on the scope and quantity of work requested, we are open to discussing and considering a counterproposal in order to reach a mutual agreement and finalize the estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We strive to maintain a high standard of service for our clients — with respect, care for their property, cleanliness in our work, and professional behavior. We also make every effort to keep noise to a minimum, as we understand that many of our clients work from home.
