Great Pricing and Quality! You won't be disappointed with SerpaPro. Fabiano was great. We have used him a few times for different projects, ie painting, drywall, and adding a door to a crawlspace so we can access it. Pricing was always excellent and so is the quality of work. We won't use any other company for the services they offer! We found them when a contractor came out and performed horrible quality with high pricing work. SerpaPro painting we did our bathroom, they put new sheetrock over all the walls and ceiling. Taped sanded sealed and paint it. They even reinstalled and uninstalled the lights. They worked within our time frame and we're quite competitively priced. Fabiano is one of the hardest working guys I've ever seen, So we're all of his staff. I hired Sepra -Pro Contractor to Power wash my home they came on time sized the job game me a prize they were very courteous and reasonable I did not have to look any longer. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We have no hidden fees. Any discount or promotion that we are running is automatically applied to the total cost of the project. We do a custom quote for each job because every job different and has many variable that play a role in the price; wall heights, surface repairs, surface textures, paint quality, coats of paint required, etc. We need to understand your vision for the project and we need to physically see the job to provide the most accurate price and gage the scope of the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Every job is initiated with the walk-thru with the customer. At the walk-thru we go thru scope of work, suggestions, etc. At the complete of the walk-thru we follow up with a proposal for the customer to review and sign. 1. Contact the customer upon receiving their estimate request. 2. Schedule day & time to meet at the homeowner that the property. 3. Listen to the customers needs and expectations for the project. 4. Do a walk-thru on the areas to be painted. 5. Take notes of the project details. 6. Review our notes and scope of work with the customer to ensure all the details were captured. 7. Send the proposal to the customer within 48 hours. 8. Follow-up with the customer within 1 week.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are continuing educating ourselves by reading about the industry. We also have training sessions of new products with local paint stores. Our painters are highly trained and skilled with many years of experience.
