Introduction: My passion and my variety of methods used makes me stand out from the others. We take a comprehensive look at you and how you enjoy working out. Some people just don't like the gym so outside work would be the best for them. Also unlike any other trainers i know i offer a membership.I offer 2 personal training sessions a week for $300 dollars a month. Helping others and changing peoples lives is for sure the best thing about my job. There is nothing more satisfactory than a satisfied customer thats happy with their body.

Blair has been training my husband and I for the past three weeks. I just had a baby and needed to lose 40 pounds. I lost 17 pounds on my own and then hit a plateau for two months. I was stuck and still needed to lose another 20 pounds. I have been training with Blair for the past three weeks and have already lost six pounds of fat. He focuses on the areas we need to target as well as giving you a total body workout. He pushes you to train much harder than you would by yourself. I feel that has made a big difference in pushing my body to breakthrough the boundaries and kickstart the weight loss again. He is able to give you an intense full body workout in 45 minutes. I really like that he is always using different exercises and targeting different muscles so that my body doesn't get use to the routine and start to stall again. I am excited to keep going. I know I can get to my goal weight with Blair.

Blair has been training me for a month now he does a really great job with me I would recommend him to everyone, I've lost 12 pounds in my first month working with blair. He is easy to work with and really cares about me and my personal progress.
