I'm attending Cisco OnlineTraining for Video conference and Telepresence.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love technology - computer was my hobby when I was growing up and now is my passion.
What types of customers have you worked with?
My most common jobs lately was deploying new PC and Laptop in (residential and business environment) Security clean-up, removing junk files, spyware and viruses removed Hardware installation. Software installation all windows flavor XP - Vista - 7 - 8.0 - 9.1 and future Windows 9 Residential network. Wireless and wire printer setup.
