I had the pleasure of taking a private yoga lesson with Jennifer. She's an amazing teacher. I was very impressed by her experience and knowledge about yoga. She made me feel very comfortable. At the end of the session I felt very relaxed. She taught me many poses to help with my back pain. I will be taking more sessions with her.

Being new to yoga, I was looking for the right yoga instructor who could help me reach peaceful sustainability, teach me health maintenance, advanced meditation techniques as well as teach me the basic yoga exercises/movements. A wealth of knowledge and training along with the personal attention to my ability, past medical history and future goals is very important to me. I attended several classes at my local gym an was not at all impressed with the instructors, class size, atmosphere and lack of education on the yoga principals/history. I came across Brian on Thumbtack while looking into private instructors in my area. I was immediately impressed with his training in yoga, physical fitness and nutrition. His certifications surpassed all other trainers in the area. So I decided to give him a try. I have had several private and group sessions to date and will enthusiastically continue to practice with Brian. Upon arrival I notice that his studio was pristine and welcoming. His use of aromatherapy as well as herbal teas creates a wonderful scent and a feeling of calm. Brian provided me with a private session to get to know me as a person, my health history, my future goals and introduced me to him and the history and variations of yoga practice. This was a wonderful session and he has since tailored my on-going personal an group sessions based on the information he obtained. Brian's classes are small and personal. Brian: - speaks clearly and his instruction is well-timed with the music and movements -the music is played at a safe speed and is appropriate for the group and atmosphere -Brian exhibits strong movements and posture and demonstrates them properly to the group and offers alternatives for newcomers -all movements are safe and he offers adequate safety tips - motivation and interaction: Brian is incredibly motivated and makes eye contact with participants as well as assist with poses - has an energetic an peaceful environment - Brian's classes have all the expected components; including an adequate warm-up, cool-down and stretch. Meditation is a big part of the classes and personal sessions. I always start and end up feeling completely relaxed and at peace I highly recommend Brian to novice-advanced yoga students. I loved Keri Ann. She was welcoming and I felt like I could tell her anything, and I felt like she wasn't judging me, I opened up to her very quickly and I don't really do that with most people we started with basic stretches that I never even knew or tried in a yoga class it was very relaxing ,she put all her effort into showing me if I was doing it right even though she knew I was watching her she was making sure I was doing it right to we started out doing a lot of breathing exercises which I've been doing day by day and still feeling better I can't wait to see her again next Friday ! Breanna's classes are my favorite!! She always shares a new way of thinking about things and brings soul and a light hearted and playfulness to class. She is also super helpful with teaching proper alignment to get into poses and explore new ones! If you have the chance, take her class!
I have been attending Hollie's yoga classes for about 6 months and she is an awesome teacher. I go to several studios just to be in her class! She has extensive knowledge and structures each class based on the students' needs and ability. I would highly recommend Hollie and one would be lucky to be taught by her.

I have never in my life had a greater experience then the one I had with Alison I was unsure if yoga would be the answer or my anxiety but after working with Alison I felt amazing at peace with myself and relaxed in a way I haven’t felt in years truly a great experience and I recommend everyone to give her a chance she can change your life :)
Since I started practicing yoga in November 2014, I have been attending Michelle Ingkavet Cavanagh's classes regularly. Michelle is an outstanding yoga instructor in every sense of the word. She is a gifted yoga instructor and her classes are always challenging which is exactly what I want in my practice. Michelle always pays great attention to detail and takes great care in offering assistance to students when they need it. I have taken classes with many good yoga instructors but Michelle has a very unique ability to flow seamlessly through vinyasa yoga poses in her classes as if they are second nature to her. Michelle's students have great confidence in her abilities and trust her implicitly. She has a great sense of humor and her manner is such that she makes students feel at ease while in class. She is always quick to assure us that we are capable of achieving great things inside the studio as well as outside if we maintain the right mindset. There is a reason why attendance for Michelle's classes is always excellent. She has helped me tremendously with my practice and I have achieved new heights that I never thought were possible. Michelle is a great yoga instructor but most of all she is a wonderful woman and a great inspiration to everyone! John B.
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
