- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is complicated about my price system. I have a contract which both of us would sign with the agreement to pay a deposit equal to the first hour of service. In most cases, the balance would not be paid until your photo dvd is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we communicate through telephone and/or emails, then I would set up an informal meeting in a public place such as a coffee shop. We can chat over coffee and get to know each other a little while viewing my portfolio.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Recently completed a photo shop class on a program called Elements. It was a 7 night course through adult education at North Haven High School. I now have the ability to correct and enhance photos better than I have in the past.
