Shannon is one in a million. Wonderful with my 3 kitties & also a great comfort to this anxious pet parent. I tell her she is a "Pet Parent Whisperer" 😀 Since she is a trained vet technician she is much more knowledgeable than most pet care services out there. You can't go wrong with Shannon!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
18$ an hour including travel times and 100$ overnight for 10-12 hours.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial conversation I acquire an email address to send a new client form to be filled out prior to a meet and greet that we have schuled while on the phone. The meet and greet gives us all a chance to get to know each other and the needs to be fulfilled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in animal science as well as certification as a veterinary assistant. I have worked in zoos, kennels and veterinary clinics.
