Introduction: Our motto is 'Get back to [your] nature', and that's what sets this company apart. We want to support you in reconnecting back to your spirit. What have you always wanted to do and what parts of yourself have you been ignoring? I use practices learned over the past 15 years including meditation, yoga, reiki healing, massage, herbal remedies, and getting outside into nature to help you quiet your mind and discover what it is you really want. Often in coaching, the coach emphasizes changing who you are. That's not what we want to do. We want to help you to see that who you are is beautiful, and help you uncover those parts of yourself that you may have forgotten. In truth it is when we are untrue to ourself that we lose our way. I have much hands on experience, and have had the pleasure of studying very closely with some amazing and powerful teachers such as Neale Donald Walsh, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, Amy Beilharz, and Janice Corsano. I hope to teach you what I've learned and, together, work towards nurturing you into your most authentic self.
I really enjoy the very simple act of helping people to feel better and get back in touch with themselves. So often people come to me having tried traditional therapy or medications only to feel frustrated and like they aren't making progress. I love seeing people leave my office surprised and delighted about what they learned about themselves. It's like a whole new world has opened up, and they can't wait to explore it. I also love using the outdoors as the backdrop for our sessions, if the client is open to it. Up until 100 years ago, we would have spent the majority of our time outside. The absence of Earth's healing presence in our lives is having a negative effect on our mentality. Study after study shows that when people spend more time outside, they feel less anxious, happier, and clearer. I love seeing people light up after a session in the woods.
