That’s right, in the rare event that any tenant that New England Property Management places needs to be evicted, we will cover the legal costs of removal!
When it comes to rent collection, we run your property like a business. Tenants can log into their respective tenant portals directly on our website site and setup recurring epayments. We then distribute these funds directly to you the owner! We’ve even partnered with local CVS’s and 7-Elevens, where tenants can make cash payments using a barcode on their smartphones. This payment is then directly sent to our trustee holding account.
We have well established relationships with quality vendors, who are licensed and insured. We've created this preferred list because they've shown to us that they not only know how to fix the problem, but also how to provide a high level of service to our tenants that meets our standards. New England Property Management understands that emergency situations do arise and we provide a 24-hour after hours hotline should the need for maintenance occur after normal business hours.
Investors will receive a monthly, detailed report outlining income and expenses. An end-of-the-year comprehensive statement will also be provided for your tax records. Honesty and trust are a big part of our ethos and we allow owners can log in any time to their online portal for a live view of their property financial health. Anytime you wish to view your reports, visit the portal from anywhere with an internet connection and generate a multitude of reports (cash flows, income statements, NOI & expenses etc.).
