- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are calculated from leaving our base to final base arrival back in Gales Ferry, CT 06335. All "Hourly Rates" are calculated with a 2 Hour Minimum Charge. Prom Rates are calculated with a 6 Hour Minimum Charge. Airport Rates are calculated by a flat rate based on actual pick / drop off location. All airport PICK-UPS are subject to a $9.00 airport fee. Wedding Packages: are designated under our 3 packages: 1. Destination Package 2. Our 3 Hour Wedding Package 3. Our 4 Hour Wedding Package *All-inclusive: Each service will include the gratuity and/or TAX. Any Motor Coach Requests would be quoted / rated by a Motor Coach Supervisor and will be calculated with a 5 Hour Minimum Charge, adjusted hourly rates therefore any time after. NON-Refundable Security Deposits: All reservations, with the exception of airport and train station transportation, will be charged a NON-refundable security deposit that corresponds to the specific vehicle being reserved. All security deposit amounts are applied to the full balance of the reservation made. If a reservation is cancelled before the cancellation period is in effect the NON-refundable security deposit amount will be considered as a standing credit with Joshua’s Limousine Service. The credit amount is valid for one full calendar year from the date of cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As your ground travel logistics professional we can assist you through the process of arranging your reservations and make suggestion and ask the questions to ensure that all basics are covered. Planning for the surprises is what we do best. Our goal is to be the resource for our guests. Using our contacts we can purchase tickets, arrange hotel accommodation, provide transportation globally and become your one trusted concierge.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Both my wife and I were required to use black car service for travel in our early careers. We never felt appreciated and when the opportunity arose we started Joshua's Limousine Service, named after our youngest son, Joshua. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service to every guest with touch. From the first contact with our customer service team, the actual service we provide and finally the final receipt for service, we strive to exceed your expectation.
