- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the distance needed to travel and the frequency of training on a weekly basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always begin with a free consultation. This is where we get to meet and discuss an appropriate plan to get you to your desired goal. We assess your health and discuss any previous or current training that you are doing. If the client decides that we are a good match, we then discuss days/times to train that work for your schedule. Depending on how often you are looking to train, the price per session can be negotiable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have NASM/ APEX Nutrition and Renegade Training (agility, strength training, mobility and Kettle Bell certified) I have over 10 years of experience working for a corporate gym as a personal trainer. I have had 3 years now as an independent contractor, providing in-home personal training and online nutrition services.
