- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I listen carefully to my clients and remain sensitive to their budgets. If they prefer to work on individual projects, then I price the project(s) individually. If a client hires me to work on 3 or more projects or the project commands more than 20 hours a month, then I may recommend that they hire me on retainer as the monthly retainer is more competitively priced and enables me to provide added client support.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I spent my career in corporate marketing and was responsible for all the strategic planning, business development, product development and design, marketing and communications both for the in-house and agency marketing. In addition, I was given responsibilities running the retail decision so I managed 75 employees. This gave me P and L responsibilities as I executed the marketing plan and sales goals, along with overseeing the budget.
