LAB Home Maintenance Services

Introduction: I provide efficient, responsible, and detail-oriented services. Scheduling is extremely flexible, and all pricing is negotiable for those who will provide proof of fixed income and/or disability. The services I provide include but are not limited to one-time deep or light cleaning, basic housekeeping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens and hard floors, deep cleaning, doing all of basic with windows (inside only), laundry, appliance interior, washing molding, mold, mildew and hard water stain removal. I also offer carpet spot stain removal/steam cleaning. Whole room carpets are negotiable. I can use your products or bring my own. Eco-friendly products are used unless requested otherwise. Pets are not a problem. Services are all offered weekly, biweekly, as needed and monthly. Other services I provide besides housekeeping are interior painting (no ceilings or cathedral walls), small home repairs and animal care such as dog walking, pet sitting, grooming and medication administration to name just a few of the pet services.
