- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do give discounts to groups, inquire within for what discounts you are qualified for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If I travel to you I ask for a deposit via Paypal, or Square. It is simple to do or just ask and I can walk you though it! I also offer you a keychain with a pocket mask should you ever need one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes it is required every year for the services I work for, there are also weekly updates I get emails on from various states and companies. If you do not keep up you'll go dry.
