- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As previously stated we are not one size fits all, we will make every effort to accommodate your budget and needs. We are happy to work with you to create a package that best suits your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a mutually agreeable appointment for services to be provided. Upon arrival we ask for a brief tour highlighting the areas of most concern, as well as establish if we feel that more time will be required to complete the scope of work. We want to be sure that our customers are left completely satisfied and can confidently refer us to their family & friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a mother of two and retired General Manager, both of which require a great deal of attention to detail. I am always keeping my eyes open for ways to improve our performance. Whether it be finding quality natural ingredients, or simple tricks, we like to stay relevant!
