- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a 3 month minimum commitment from you. Inside of 3 months, you're just throwing your money away, and 3 months really is just the tip of the iceberg. My hourly rates are tied into packages which offer deeper discounts the longer period of time you commit to yourself. You can dive in and go for the GOLD with a combo pack of life coaching, specific nutritional programming, metabolism correction training, expert fitness instruction, competition/stage bodysculpting, picture posing/walking instruction and contest prep coaching OR, you can choose one or another. I will meet you where you are and if you are unsure, at your consult I will choose the most effective path for you per your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phone chat is first; let's see if we vibe and if we are a good "fit." I send you "homework" to do and you send it back, then we set up a sit-down consult to go over specific program options, prices, scheduling and payment plans. I only work with handful of clients at a time so it's important to me you are committed to achieving your goals. I am the person you call when you are tired of wasting your time, money and energy on crap.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Interview them. Ask questions, questions and more questions. If they cannot answer with specificity, keep walking. Also, consider how you get along, after all you will be spending a lot of time together and probably getting pretty close.
