Marylyn and Juste Hors D'Oeuvres is fabulous! She is everything that you want your wedding caterer to be. She was always very nice, very attentive to detail, easy to communicate with and highly professional. She and her staff were really wonderful throughout our whole event. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. Perhaps most importantly she was willing to work within our proposed budget. We cannot recommend her highly enough. You will not be disappointed.

He catered 2 events for our family and we were very pleased with both. The first was a party of nearly 100 people celebrating our son’s college graduation and daughter’s high school graduation. Our second event was a last minute post Thanksgiving weekend family get together for 12-15 people. Everything from the planning, to taste testing, and delivery was on point. Aside from the food being beyond mouth watering delicious, he coordinated with outside vendors to provide everything we needed to make the graduation event beautiful. He also provided on site chefs and wait staff, all of which were professional and attentive to details. They were flexible in their assigned roles and remained past the scheduled time to attend to our guests and clean up. Our home was left as clean as it was when they arrived! Chef Michel prides himself on delivering the best quality and freshest foods possible. Other than a few items that required pre-prep (like marinating / slow cooking...definitely try the roast pork and roast chicken) everything was prepared (cut, fried, cooked, assembled etc) on site. This truly makes a difference when you’re serving items like empanadas or tostones with avocado and shrimp (both highly recommended). Chef Michel is very creative. Whether you choose something from his printed menus, have other items in mind, or even have a special recipe that you want him to prepare...HE CAN DO IT! An important point to make about his catering style is that he is so proud of his creations that he wants everyone to be able to taste everything that he prepares. If you choose an appetizer and you have 100 people, you are not going to get 1 or 2 pieces per person or be charged by the piece, like most caterers. He will make sure you have more than enough for everyone. The same applies to your main course. We had leftovers for ourselves, even after our guests took food home. With all of this said, I truly feel that his prices are fair and reasonable! I could write more and would be more than happy to speak to anyone who has any questions, but I’ll end with...make sure you try his homemade ice creams (our favorites were coconut and pineapple), flan, and especially the sangria!
Chef Cameron and Christine provided an outstanding evening of delicious food and service. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.
I hired Chef Mitch Goran to make a 91st birthday meal for my mom in my parent's home. From the conversation about food choices to his packing up the leftovers for my folks, working with the chef was a delight. My parents had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious. The service was professional. I was so happy I could do this for them.
Chef Anne was so wonderful to work with. She made my fundraising event so successful with her calming demeanor and amazing tasting food. It was like having a friend who knows you well and made everything effortless. I really can't wait to work with Anne again.
Chef Daniel delivered a great experience for a bunch of us friends away for a special weekend. He was able to make anything we wished for and had some great menu suggestions as well. He made a BBQ brisket so succulent and savory, along with an array of other dishes. It was an awesome meal. Chef came prepared, set things up nicely, and cleaned up after we were done. He was a pleasure to work with and we'd recommend him to anyone looking for a personal chef.
Nate and his sous chef cooked a delicious 4 course meal for me and five of my friends for a bachelorette party. A salad of fresh, organic greens with pickled shallots, tomatoes and a homemade vinaigrette, a stuffed chicken appetizer, a delicious salmon with quinoa, wilted greens and an avocado cream aioli. I highly recommend Haven foods!
What a great job by Joe and his catering team at Angelo's Market & catering. The food was out of this world and the presentation was as if I was on a Iron Chef episode. It could not have gone any better and I definitely am going to be using Joe again. Thanks again. Robert S.

The Magic Spoon was referred to me by a friend of mine, and I have used their serves on several occasions. The food was wonderful with a great presentation. Everyone at the party raved how wonderful the food was. The steak was cooked perfectly and and the chicken was great too. You could also tell that the desserts where made from scratch. Also the staff made sure everything was taken care of so I could be with my guests. I would recommend The Magic Spoon for your next event
My name is Ms. Lola Nathan, a recently retired Public School Administrator. It gives me great pleasure to write this review for Gwen Robinson. I've known Gwen for over 30 years and our best times have been spent singing and cooking. She specializes in vegetarian, vegan, cooked, and raw foods. We have spent many hours preparing dishes like vegan potato salad, whole wheat dinner rolls, vegetarian meat loaf, roasted veggies, vegan eggplant parmigiana, raw seasoned kale, baked sweet potatoes, vegan burgers, all types of potatoes, every kind of vegetable, fruit, cake, apple crisp and so much more. Our latest collaboration was vegan lentil loaf in which we added organic shredded carrots, organic chopped celery, organic chopped onions, ground flax seed, nutritional yeast, liquid smoke and some seasonings to our organic lentils. It was so delicious that the guests I invited for dinner wanted to take slices of the lentil loaf home for the next day. Juicing is an integral part of our health practices. One of our most healthful combinations is kale, spinach, celery, carrots, and a touch of ginger, all organic! We know it's best to juice our vegetables and eat our fruit. Juiced veggies go straight to our cells giving strength and vitality to our whole body. Fruit we eat raw because this way cleanse our digestive system. Gwen prepares excellent fruit platters! Gwen is busy but she makes time for people like me who care about their health and want great tasting food. It doesn't take us long to do anything. I get all the ingredients, she does the preparing with me. Sometimes I just have her prepare meals for me for special occasions! She gets rave reviews, is easy to work with and is patient with all whom she is instructing. Gwen has taught many of my associates and friends how to make different tasty entrées and treats. She has no problem sharing recipes and keeps some with her. Young and old alike love whatever she prepares. She makes her own dough, from scratch, for fried dough & pizzas! Wonderful!! I ordered two dozen gluten-free cupcakes for my son's 9th birthday party. Dawn was professional, friendly, and helpful during the ordering process. She decorated the cupcakes in the theme of the party, and delivered them to my home precisely when she said she would arrive. The cupcakes were not only beautiful, but absolutely delicious! I felt great to be able to offer treats for all of the children in attendance. It felt even better knowing they were baked with natural ingredients and love. I am so glad that I found her; I was able to enjoy the party without my usual worries and stress around preparing the cake! I completely recommend Dawn and her baking expertise!
