- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the provider has experience first of all. Second and just as important, make sure they take the time to explain to you what they are doing or what they did. Unlike other industries, a good provider should be able to provide you with information so if you encounter similar issues in the future, you will at least know the basics on how to handle it. Providers who speak in jargon or don't spend time talking with customers, are just not the best solution.
