From the minute I looked at Tim and ECKERCISE site and profile, I knew I found the right trainer! I was determined to start training ASAP and he took my call right away and answered a million questions for me. He created a spot for me this morning so I could jump right in and get started and keep my motivation going. He cares so much about his clients and you can tell that right away. I have worked with other trainers in the past and I have never had as good a vibe right away. I have all the confidence that he can get me to all my fitness goals. Also, the co-owner, Elisa, is a HUGE sweetheart! You will love talking with her! Both of them are so motivating! So VERY excited to be working with Tim and the Eckercise team!

Kyle is the absolute best! I can safely yet somewhat embarrassingly say that he is my best friend. He has helped me so much and is always looking for new ways to improve my workouts. It started out just want to lose 20 lbs before vacation and I lost 30! I even got more toned! After such an amazing experience with his training and himself as a person I didn't want to stop. Sean is very knowledgeable and caters the regimen and training according to each individuals capabilities and limitations. He is very patient with answering all my questions and showing the proper technique and form to each exercise. He is very encouraging and never fails to always check up on my progress and lets me know where I can improve, but also never too pushy and gives us ample time to make those changes.
Anthony is an excellent trainer. He can adapt his training to people of different ages and levels of physical conditioning and ability. He is encouraging and makes workouts fun and is thoroughly professional. I rarely stick with training programs for longer than a few months but have worked with Anthony for almost three years because he’s good at what he does and cares about his clients. Highly recommended.
Before training with Noah, clothes shopping involved me picking out lots of tops - rarely pants - and then putting everything back at the last minute and leaving the store empty handed. Now, I've walked into a store, tried on and bought the first pair of pants in my goal size. That is only the most obvious example of how everything, for me, is a totally different experience. Becoming happier and fitter is pervasive and when I decided to invest in myself and start training with Noah, I got way more than I expected. Noah's knowledge, passion, guidance, and positive attitude have changed my life. I've let go of fitness regrets, lost weight I've wanted to lose for 20 years, become fitter and stronger, and become more capable and happier. Those sorts of changes impact everything -- it has translated to me being better friend, wife and mom. Noah is a motivational good person who walks the walk and has a very enjoyable presence. Training with Noah is one of my favorite and most frequently celebrated decisions. He's the best!
So February 9th, I weighed-in at a doctor’s appointment to the tune or 298 lbs. In my mind all I could think was I am a cheeseburger away from 300 lbs. In my battle with weight, I vowed that I would never weigh over 300 lbs. So this day was an eye opener for me. That day I was determined that I need to make a difference in my life. So I started changing my eating habits and started looking for a gym.. So I decided to get a personal trainer/coach. A gentlemen stated that he knew the perfect person to pair me up with. As I was leaving he pointed out Mr. Dimitrius Drye. In the mind I said, “Oh Hell No!!!” Mr. Drye was in training mode with a client and what she was doing was unbelievable. Something I knew I wouldn’t and couldn’t do. He looked up at me and said, “You’re going to be doing these too!” I told him I didn’t like him already. Saturday, February 27th was my initial assessment with Mr. Drye. I thought he was the trainer from hell. Once I made it through the assessment, I knew I could do anything. He gave me a meal plan that I thought was absurd. At the end of my 3 months of 1:1 coaching with Mr. Drye and adhering to his meal plan, I weighed 266 lbs with a loss of 29. After I saw this change, I signed up again with Mr. Drye and to this day I have lost a total of 65 lbs bringing me to a weight of 225 lbs in 7 months ..Never in a million years did I think I could be where I am now especially after numerous failed attempts. The best decision I ever made was working with Mr. Drye. He is an AMAZING coach. He pushes you to work harder even when you think your body can’t do it nor will he let you quit. He encourages you and explains what area of the body and what muscle each exercise works. Mr. Drye knows exactly what exercises to have you do to get the desired body shape you are looking for. For me I needed someone who was going to be relentless and be a drill sergeant. I found that in him. In this journey, I learned that this has been more mental than physical. Why? My body can do anything, but my mind didn’t think so. I had to make up in my mind that I had no choice. It was either do or die for me. Mr. Drye made this experience enjoyable and not dreadful. In fact, because of him I can now say I love working out and I look forward to reaching my goal.
