Epic BBQ Wedding Reception The full menu and catering service of Just Hors D'Oeuvres goes way beyond the appetizers. With their vast selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts, its hard to imagine a combination which cannot more than please the most demanding of guests. Their grilled lamb, skirt steak and beef tenderloin exceeded high quality expectations and only unsolicited complements were received from many of the guests. The entire staff worked tirelessly for eight hours serving have passed Hors douerves, creating inventive mixed drinks, grilling and organizing the delicious buffet and desserts. The caterers are focused and busy with many events both large and small so just keep this in mind when trying to determine menu selection and coordinating with the various other vendors working your event
Couldn't have asked for better help at a small dinner party last night. He jumped in to take over the prep work when I was scrambling to finish getting ready for our guests, was a pro behind the bar, set up a great buffet dinner, added little extra touches to jazz up dessert, and then left a clean kitchen behind. Highly recommend Rich and plan to use him again in the future!
Chef Michel worked with us to design a "Latin Flair" menu that incorporated traditional selections with unique flavors and pairings. The steak fajitas were delicious, and a favorite for the crowd. We also thoroughly enjoyed the cake, customized with our Company colors/theme. Festive Food Caterers provided the full set-up (buffet servers, warmers, serving utensils, even disposable dinnerware for the diners) and was present to explain what was in a particular dish or replenish servers when empty. From planning all the way to teardown, Chef Michel made our corporate holiday party a delight to plan.
Chef Plum hosted a fabulous dinner party at our home in March 2015 for my wifeâs 30th birthday! From the very beginning of the process, Chef Plum was extremely engaged and easy to work with - it started with the menu planning, continued through to the logistics for the dinner, and didnât end until Chef Plum and team departed after dessert (when our kitchen was even cleaner than when he arrived!)! The food was, literally, to die for! Local, in season, and prepared to perfection â we could not have asked for anything more! Chef Plum â you outdid yourself! We consider ourselves foodies, and we could not have been more impressed with the food Chef Plum and his team put out. Moreover, Chef was extremely gracious and presented each course to the party himself, along with background on his inspiration for the dish. I continue to be in shock at how amazing Chef Plum and his team were! If you are reading this review and even remotely considering hiring Chef Plum for an eventâ¦ my unequivocal recommendation is to do it â it will be unbelievable, and you will be talking about it for a long time to come! We canât wait to find another occasion to work with Chef Plum again!

Kathy's group catered a buffet dinner for my mother-in-law's 80th birthday. She was very responsive & cooperative with our plan. Her assistants were top notch! Everyone enjoyed the food; chix parm was excellent. Kathy worked within our budget and delivered excellent value. Her assistant took over as our DJ at the last minute and was great. Three Men and A Grill catered my family barbecue over this past month. Their service was outstanding. Very professional and of course the food was amazing. They worked with us every step of the way to make a menu we'd love.
