Our condo association has hired Marc to start as property manager on 12/1, so we've not yet used his services. Up until now, both he and his superintendent Jose have been responsive, respectful, accessible, reasonable, genuine, and customer-focused. We hired this company as we believed we could trust them with our property.Nov 14, 2016Verified

License Type: Real Estate Appraiser (CT)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Real Estate is negotiable and not fixed by law. As a RE broker and appraiser everything must be open to working fairly and equally with the client to achieve his or her goals PERIOD. I believe in the golden rule and expect that in return.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We do client counseling to better understand the situation so we can respond properly tasking into full account the potential client's real estate situation. I have taken numerous RE client counseling courses from national experts, The Chathams from California and have been taught by many RE experts all over the country over the decades
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?not only are we required for 40 hours for real estate and appraising, but whenever possible I take relevant real estate course, seminars, webinars, go to marketing sessions and events, and participate in relevant interactions.
