- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straight forward. I charge either an hourly rate or a per job basis. My pricing is based on my expertise and ability to achieve results for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only do I attend professional trade shows and attend many of their courses, I also work on these devices everyday and live with them at night as I continue to build and grow my business. I am one of those people who has a need to know the latest and greatest in my industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in computers in the earliest days as a hobby and could never get enough time on a computer. As I learned to understand the mechanics and relationship of the operating system and its programing, troubleshooting and making them do more faster.I decided to make it a career. As the internet and networking became standards, I was in my element. And now the convergence of smart devices and connected home know I am in paradise.
