- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are based on the type of work you are needing. Flooring is charged based on the square feet involved for example but each job is specific. I make sure my customers get very high quality work for an affordable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the details of your project, I can normally give you a close price estimate. I go over the details of the project with my customers before it's started including what the exact cost will be so we are on the same page right from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained and certified by the American Home Inspection Training Institue.
