Introduction: If you want a yoga and/or Pilates session tailored for you and your uniqueness, whether in private session or a class, I am here for you. I am Kim Preveza, and I call the yoga that I provide clients, Life Full Yoga. I provide quality yoga classes and private sessions. Life Full Yoga is a holistic approach encompassing the body, mind, and spirit. Life Full Yoga classes and private sessions are tailored to the needs of each unique person. The yoga style is Viniyoga/adaptable yoga and flow/Vinyasa yoga. I am a master trainer in Viniyoga, Stott Pilates, and personal training. The yoga that I teach is informed by my history, my fitness career, and my degree in religious studies. My journey began at age 8, with 8 years of daily physical therapy for scoliosis. I started weight training while getting my BA in world religions. After my masters from Harvard in 1996, I worked with organizations, became a personal trainer, practiced Iyengar yoga, and went on to teach Pilates full time. In 2003, I began teaching yoga and found my true calling bringing all my interests and skills together. I got my yoga teacher certification in the Viniyoga style in 2007 and also founded Stroller Yoga. I started Life Full Yoga for yoga privates. While in Massachusetts, I was a fitness expert for the Newborn Channel, led yoga for the Quincy and Hull Family Networks, Quincy Medical Center, and top gyms, studios, and maternity centers. Since moving to Connecticut, I lead yoga classes in the area and also volunteers as the director of Childhood Cancer Kids which gives yoga care packages to children with cancer. Helping people transform and meet their goals physically and mentally.
