Highlights of Mr. O‘Connell’s time at I.B.M. included: Support for 25,000+ Microsoft Exchange users Creation of documentation for various messaging related functions Shared e-mail account management Ticket queue management related to Exchange Disaster recovery planning and its impacts to Exchange and Outlook. After leaving I.B.M., Mr. O’Connell also worked as a Technical Helpdesk Associate for Xerox, where he supported Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and various electronic medical records systems. Mr. O’Connell also holds a number of professional certifications, including A+, INet+, and is a Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist. Mr. O’Connell has also taught courses in computer operating systems and productivity software to students at Albertus Magnus College, Branford Hall Career Institute, and Porter and Chester Institute.

I Will definitely be using Mark for all of my technical support needs! I'm not computer savvy at all, but Mark put that all to ease. I'm now able to utilize my laptop to its fullest potential and although old, he has it running like new! Mr. Mark O'Connell did an excellent job on my laptop! My laptop was freezing up, shutting off and the screen was going black. I dont know much about computers and I needed help so I searched online for computer repairs and found Mr. O'Connell. So I left him a message telling him I needed service on my computer and he got back to me right away. He went above and beyond to solve my problem, even worked for several hours until he got the job done. He guided me through the process to allow him to work on my laptop remotely. Mr. O'Connell is very professional, his customer service skills, and patience was so helpful. I'm very glad that I found this computer repair technician, he is very knowledgeable in what he does, and refuses to stop until the problem is solved, thank you very much. I will have no hesitation in using his services again or recommending the Mr. O'Connell to others

Im very happy I have a person like Mark & his computer service in my address book. He got to the issue very quickly and solved it in no time That 's the first call & service .The second was better in getting the job done right with total satisfaction of the customer.     The $40 price quote will only be charged if I can successfully solve your issue. It is my hope that once you have confidence in my ability to solve your computer problems, that you will turn to me for help in the future, as well as referring me to others.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Under normal circumstances I will call to communicate with you about what your needs are and if I can solve them with remote tools. I cannot work on devices that cannot successfully connect to the Internet to use these tools, but I can furnish advice for other situations.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I hold the following professional certifications: A+ INet+ MCP MCTS with Active Directory I also hold an MIS degree.
