We hired Jon to finish our unfinished basement space after originally speaking with him about just the framing aspect of the project. He was very responsive from the start. His pricing was extremely reasonable. Once he started the job, everything ran very smoothly. Jon communicated constantly throughout the project and double checked with us if there was ever a question on the work he was doing. I would highly recommend using Jon for your next construction project.

I would gladly recommend Jon's work! Bel Air remodeled my kitchen and master bath, and the work is gorgeous. I couldn't be happier. Bel Air was also the most reasonably priced contractor I found after searching and interviewing several and taking many quotes. The most important piece to me is that Jon warrantees his work and replaced a faulty light switch for free when I called. That's peace of mind.
