I'm honest about my pricing and always looking for ways a customer can save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have initial conversation with customer to better understand the current need. I believe that trust is key in a relationship with a customer and I will always work towards building that trust.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working with Technology for 21 years and have a ton of training that varies from (Desktop, Server, Networking, Security, Microsoft, Telephony, Email, etc..)
