- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have only starting prices, as each job is unique. Being in business so long, I know what competitive prices are, and I am not the cheapest you might see, but for the years of experience I bring to the table, I am a good buy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Computer work is very specific, so I try to find out as much about the problem before quoting a final price thus reducing the final cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I possess A+ and Server + certifications, an Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering, and have 34 years repairing computers.
