Custom Woodwork ETC
About this pro
I hired Bruce to replace my front door and repair the jamb, sill, frame & trim. He did outstanding work, very friendly, done exactly when he said it would be. A year later and the work is holding up precisely as it should. I would highly recommend hiring him for whatever you need. *Update on Jan. 19, 2018 Just wanted to add that the work is still holding up perfectly and this pro is still top notch and highly recommended!Jan 19, 2018Verified

I was going to call you this morning and let you know that the piece of laminate that I picked up this week has a manufacturer defect in the middle of the sheet. I took it back yesterday and they will rush order another one this week. I have planned to install it next weekend. Sorry about that.
Bruce and his son did a great job. They cleaned up and made sure everything was completed before they left.Sep 27, 2017VerifiedBruce R.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Each estimate is custom tailored to the specific project using the latest cost analysis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Set up an in person meeting at their convenience, then meet and discuss the project. Then get back to them with a detailed estimate and a cost breakdown.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Yes, I attend seminars that are offered by some of the large tool and machinery companies in the area. There are many instructional programs on the internet that I also take part in. I did two years of technical school training in many types of carpentry work and specialized training in cabinet making and laminate counter tops.
