  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First an agreed upon introductory site visit is scheduled, client goes over desired work, and then a work proposal and quote is written/emailed to the client. If client approves work proposal, work will begin on an agreed upon start and end date.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Bachelor's degree in Botany/Biology from Southern Connecticut State University. Advanced Master Gardener from UCONN/ Bartlett Aboretum.
