- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very simple and will be discussed via email or phone, and only varies depending on the amount of clients involved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask questions first about the clients skin type, lifestyle, and preferences for the event they need makeup for. I then ask if I can physically assess the clients skin and then jump into proper skincare before I start with the makeup. I often ask my clients throughout the consultation if they are liking everything that is being applied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have received extensive training over my five years at Sephora and was sent to San Francisco by my company to receive training at our headquarters on how to facilitate beauty classes.
