The whole experience was quick and painless. I stated what I was looking for. Mike the owner, offered me a very reasonable price to clean, deordorize and protect our carpet. A lot less then "national companies" where everything is an upcharge. I responded and he was able to give me an appointment a few days later. He arrived on time and was very personable. Most importantly he was able to remove stains from the carpet that we, the homeowners did not think could be removed. He removed black oil stains from a light colored carpet! We didn't tell anyone we were having the carpet done and when our family came over the following day they remarked about how crispy new it looked! If you are thinking about hiring this guy, I would do so. We are very happy to have done business with him.

Basement carpet cleaned. The price was higher then quoted. I had to complain to make it right. Carpet came out nice.

Price of cleaning didn't go up. You requested deodorizer after quote which increased price. Lesson learned as I will communicate better.
