- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every call is different, I always have a Special Repair Deal running, every month, please ask for details Plus now I accept all major credit cards, so its even easier for customers to get the repairs they need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First is face to face with customer and a job site inspection, of the garage door, and automatic opener, Second, discuss prices for different services I offer, What they absolutely need and what is extra preventative measures Third is contract of job then schedule work, although most is done in one visit, and payment, Finally do the work requested
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been repairing and replacing garage doors and openers since I was in High School, so about 20 years now. 12 of those years was for a major brand name, the next 8 years was and is for another brand name. Now it's for Myself and my customers.
