Beautiful serene studio and expert yoga instruction. One on one is only way to go and Kelly knows how to develop an individual pace and progression based on fitness level. My strength and flexibility increased dramatically.
I am so happy to write this review about the best overall yoga experience I have had so far. Yogi Brian's home studio is warm yet professional, challenging yet relaxing, and a strong workout yet highly meditative. The way he begins and ends each class is far better than yoga I have experienced at other places. This is worth every penny & more. Yogi Brian is approachable and open to communication while keeping you focused on your practice. You will never feel rushed or not ready for class once a flow begins. I know this is something I will want to continue for as long as I am living in Fairfield County because I have never had a yoga experience that has inspired me to do research for fun. I want to keep practicing & learning about the way different philosophies connect to the dharma style after a month that I was given as a gift from a family member. As you can see I highly recommend!
I have attended many different yoga classes taught by many different instructors but Bre’s class was by the far the best class I’ve been to. She takes the time to personally instruct each person in her class based on their individual needs. She does an incredible job of making sure you are properly doing each pose while ensuring you are keeping up with your breathing. I would recommend Bre to any person at any level of yoga.
I’ve been working with Jess for about 6 months now and I couldn’t be more pleased with my results. I’m naturally an athletic person with very tight muscles. With Jess’s yoga, I’m able to gain flexibility without losing my strength. My athletic performances have improved dramatically as well as my stress levels have also lowered. Jess is great because she understands different body types and movements. Her adjustments are gentle and super effective at giving me the right feel for the poses without feeling like I’m going to get injured. I recommend Jess to all of my training clients and friends who are interested in yoga, stress relief, and mobility. She is a true professional and her passion always shines through.
Kelly is amazing! On a whim I decided to try out yoga for my first time but wanted to go somewhere that I would feel comfortable and I am so happy I found Kelly. She is an amazing teacher who keeps the classes fun and fresh. She switches up each class and I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend!
I incorporate all types of healing modalities, including acupuncture, massage therapy, energy balancing, yoga therapy, Thai massage, and hypnosis to allow people to feel better and free themselves from their pain and discomfort. I also do on-site corporate work and chair massage, and my all-time favorite way of healing is hospice care. I make whatever time the client has left as peaceful and pain free as possible.
I have been practicing yoga for almost 8 years. I strongly believe in the principles of alignment and connecting breath with movement. I mostly work in a vinyasa flow, however, I am not limited to that. I am a 200-hour yoga teacher.
