- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a standard pricing system for each of our rental products. But we're constantly doing discount sales, sales contests and promotions so that ALL of our customers are able to enjoy our products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My team and I go over any questions our customers may have, after that we have a reservation questionnaire that we go over with our customers through the phone. It only takes about 5 minutes but it truly helps us dig down on understanding everything that our customer wants and need for their event so that we can offer them the absolute best rental package and service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As Super Partyland, LLC's company owner I've had so much experience working directly with customers and helping them plan and bring to life their event. Before I started Super Partyland, I've held positions as an Event Coordinator, Account Manager, Quality Supervisor and many others.
