- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because of Covid-19 I’m limiting the amount of contact the client has to make in the office. So we have prepayment for sessions. But once you arrive I’ll greet you at the door and check your temp. I’ll ask if you want to stop at the bathroom to wash your hands. We will go over your expectations for your session and go over you client questionnaire. I’ll show you to the table and give you more directions if needed. Once I step out of the room You can get as undress as you feel comfortable. Then you lay on the table between the 2 white sheets. You have to stay under the sheets at all times. I’ll undrape the areas that I am working on. But everything that is covered by a bathing suit is covered by the sheet at all times. I’ll check in with the clients as the session continues. But during the session if for any reason you feel uncomfortable or need to stop for even a second. Please let me know. I’ll make as many adjustments as I can to accommodate you . MASK MUST BE WORN. The only time you can pull the mask away from your mouth is while you are face down on the table. I have placed a pillow case in the headrest to help protect the both of us.
