I answered an Ad that Cyndi posted about 5 to 6 weeks ago . It was the best thing we ever did. She is remarkable to work for and with, she is spot on with her request , extremely flexible but very precise in the work that she would like done. Which is the way alot if people should be. If anyone is looking toward her Company and work , dont make the mistake of passing her by, it will be one you will regret. I wouldnt have a concern in the world of giving her the highest ratings available , because it is certainly deserved. 5 * + in my book.

I like to discuss what services you are looking for in a property manager, your goals for your investment property, what I can bring to you that others can’t and more importantly how we can work within the budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of industry experience and am well versed in many relevant issues concerning rental laws and fair housing laws. I’m a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association and soon to be licensed real Easter sales agent.
