My pricing is negotiable depending on services you require; I offer all inclusive and build your own package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss what services you are looking for in a property manager, your goals for your investment property, what I can bring to you that others can’t and more importantly how we can work within the budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of industry experience and am well versed in many relevant issues concerning rental laws and fair housing laws. I’m a Certified Apartment Manager through the National Apartment Association and soon to be licensed real Easter sales agent.
