Professional approach and friendly demeanor during assessment and quote, on time and accessible for communication at any time. After agreement, we got hit with a lot of "that's how it has to be" type of approach after work was underway. Missed a lot of desired details which is inexcusable since we already had a fully gutted bathroom with no surprises. Left patchwork in living room for us to need to sand and paint which was not expected at all. We have several projects which will require a contractor in our condo unit, respectively we will look elsewhere as we don't feel like we got our money's worth here.

Julie the home owner said she was happy w/ the bath project ,Mason the boyfriend who wrote these comments happens to be deaf so there was a communication barrier I don't sign language so I used the notes app on my cell phone to help communicate with him ,As to desired details comment I install a Niche in the shower w/ led light in my design and as to money's worth I install toilet & valves at no charge .They wanted a price w/ him doing some of the work on the project.As to the patch in living comment w/ had cut a 10" x12" access hole for the plumber which was repaired and left unpainted do to the fact that they had to repair several large patches in living room ceiling and she was going repaint the entire living apparently that was not conveyed to him .I take pride in all of my project so I felt I should reply to these comments. regards Doug
