For three years I was full of stress and fatigue. Felt like my back was against the wall, me against the world. Like I was powerless to my circumstance. Mr. Rudolph has been extremely efficient in helping me and ensuring I couldn't continue my day to day with so much on the line at being lost. Since day 1 meeting him he has tried his best to comfort and consult. Being my first serious offense he eased me through the process with the one of the best possible outcomes. Considerate, helpful, I'm very thankful!Jul 18, 2018Review from Google

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I typically offer flat fees for legal services. I explicitly lay out the scope of services that are included in the flat fee, so my clients can make an informed decision and be assured that there will be no hidden costs associated with the services they are seeking. My fee varies depending on the severity of the charges, the number of charges, and the demands of the case. Typically, my fee for misdemeanor offenses ranges from $1200-3500, while for felony charges, my fee starts at $5000. I understand that legal services can be expensive, and a hardship on people. I work with my clients to understand their situation and agree on a fee that is reasonable and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I provide a free consultation to learn about a new client's circumstances and goals so I can provide them with a recommendation and estimated fee. Upon being hired, I conduct a thorough client intake, which includes a number of questions that allow me to get a full picture of the situation, and advise clients on their next steps and what to expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a licensed attorney in Connecticut and Minnesota. I hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, MA, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Augsburg College in Minneapolis, MN.
