Introduction: I understand the physical and social aspects of weight loss for women. THERE IS A DIFFERENCE between weight loss techniques for women and men. I educate my clients on how to eat, give them a complete, menu, meal plan and grocery list so you know the exact fat burning to buy, when to eat them but most importantly why, becasue I know that fitness and nutrition can not be separated. I love seeing women get healthier, feel fitter and rebuild their confidence, strength and self-esteem. All these personal changes can greatly improve their lives. From how they interact with their children and spouse to the way they preform their jobs. I LOVE being apart of that change.

    I require all clients to commit to a MINIMUM of 2 days a week for 12 weeks. I do not work with clients for less than that time because anything less will not give you the results I know you can achieve and I give a 30-DAY GUARANTEED results for all my clients.
